Refund Policy

At Moksha we provide instant access to AI-powered digital astrology services and personalized insights. Due to the nature of digital products and services, all purchases made on Moksha are final.

1. No-refund policy

• We do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges after a successful payment.
• Users are advised to carefully review all plans, pricing, and details before completing a purchase.

2. Exceptional cases

In rare cases involving:

• Duplicate payments
• Technical transaction failures
• Incorrect payment deductions

users may contact support for review. Approval of such requests will remain solely at the discretion of Moksha.

3. Subscription auto-renewal

Subscription plans (Free 7-Day Trial, Standard ₹199/month, Premium ₹499/month) auto-renew via Razorpay until cancelled. To stop future charges, cancel the subscription from the in-app Settings → Manage Subscription page or via your Razorpay account before the next renewal date. Cancelling stops future debits — past charges are not refunded.

4. Contact for payment issues

For duplicate charges, failed transactions, or incorrect deductions, contact us with your registered email and the transaction reference:
